Yogurt Can Cause Gout

Osborne holds out biker Safamistad '09 VI (Medieval Castles route)

Another year, slowly but surely, came Safamistad.

meils
After all, calls, preparation, at 9:00 am on May 23, the court below to School opens doors for us to park our beloved mounts for the required pictures. But it seems that luck not with us. The rain another year, makes a few are "splitting" at the last minute (fools do not know what will be lost).

forecasts were not promising, as advertised everywhere showers and thunderstorms. But the desire, enthusiasm and above all our bikes we say, confused, do not even think the end of the day in

Indeed bikers and eleven brave companion, decided to undertake a journey to a distant land of beautiful scenery and a past history impossible to put back thanks to the wonders that have been and by that I mean the beautiful castles that I teach in the photos.

And it all starts of course, the tedious M-40 brings us closer to our first destination, Navan, where our bikes and start to smell funny curves and roads that lie ahead. But just outside our nightmares come true, it begins to rain and we have to stop to put on our wetsuits.

It is here, now come to see the camaraderie that trigger the two wheels. What will be, the adventure, the friction of the air directly into the body, risk, speed, ... what makes the friendship that unites us on the road bikers make us feel, safety, good vibes ... in short, what feel in your flesh.
Some
kilometrillos later, the water begins to fade and dry the asphalt, causing us to go on the road dropping.

Then we Aldea del Fresno approach to address the Glass Gallows by a beautiful road, and reached our first stop Almorox. Villa walled and full recovery of their fortress where after seeing his beautiful and dark church, we take a coffee and shared our first group discussions.

few miles later we arrived at Escalona. Beautiful town worth discovering and knowing where to return safe inside his castle. Surrounded by the Alberche, with spectacular views and very caring for tourism, we are fortunate to be able to make a tour of the fortress. And this is where we remember our past in medieval Castile, where Don Alvaro de Luna, made of his and succeeded to become constable of Castile. The castle is private and the guides made us enjoy the stories of yesterday and today. Maybe one day return to find the precious strength within himself, as visits are made weekdays.

continued our journey and fun together for the Safa road motorcycle. And soon we Maqueda other villa with Moorish castle where the Civil Guard currently is installed (do not know anything, it was only property of the Queen Isabella). A shame not to visit.

Rain ruins our final idea to visit the castle of San Silvestre, which is accessed by a dirt track that surely was too damaged to put our love for him.

But an ill wind that blows no good and we ended our tour in another place to recommend. In Noves is a biker bar where we had some spectacular appetizers and where they treated us with kindness for bikers and where we speak, in order of those things we talked about the crazy of the two wheels; future outings, excursions past adventures that make us fly enjoy and continue in this business so rewarding.

And everything comes to an end, the road biker Safamistad, another year a success. Sol
remains for me thank everyone who every year make possible this meeting of friends, so unique.

But especially José Ramón, the person who left for more than five years, this work bears fruit Your friend ... thanks
